PRICING: Prices vary by each order. Prices are based on the amount of time and work that have to go into your order. Please call for details.
PAYMENTS: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. Balance is to be paid in FULL on or before day of delivery. We ONLY accept cash or credit card payments. Please Note, we do NOT accept checks. Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting payments at time of delivery, all payments must be and online.
DELIVERY: There are NO pick-ups. We deliver ALL orders. There is FREE delivery in Coral Springs and Parkland. All other cities have a small delivery fee based upon distance. Please contact us for details.
DISPLAYS: If your order involves/includes/requires any displays, trays, platters, etc... Please note: they are to be used during your event, as a rental, and will be picked up by a Brandy's Bites employee within 7 days of your event. If they are not returned, you will be charged for each item. Displays MUST be in original condition when picked up.
ORDER CANCELATIONS: If you place an order, your 50% deposit fee is non-refundable or transferable to another order. If your order needs to be canceled, it must be canceled no less than 5 days of delivery date. If order is paid in full and your order needs to be canceled, we will refund all except the 50% non-refundable deposit, if canceled more than 5 days prior to delivery date. If your order is paid in full, and canceled within 5 days of your delivery date, we will NOT issue any refunds.
DISCLAIMER: Brandy's Bites is not an allergy free bakery. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may affect certain food allergies. Brandy's Bites and/or its owners will not assume any liability for adverse food reactions to food consumed, due to allergies or any other food reaction.
For orders that involve dark food coloring on cakes or other baked goods, Brandy's Bites and/or its owners will not be held responsible for the potential of stained linens, clothing, furniture, teeth/mouth, etc... upon contact. Brandy's Bites cannot be held liable for the use of dark colors.
Brandy's Bites will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your cake or other baked goods after we leave the agreed upon set-up/delivery "cake area" location. There will be NO REFUNDS after we leave the premises. We may take a few photos before we leave the delivery location.
CUPCAKE FLOWER BOUQUETS: Please note, these bouquets contain many toothpicks scattered throughout the bouquet. Brandy's Bites and/or its owners will not be held responsible/liable for any injury or damage caused by the toothpicks from the bouquets.
